Information we handle
Phosara processes the information callers share during a conversation — such as name, contact details, and the reason for the call — so it can answer questions, capture messages, schedule appointments, or transfer the call.
How information is used
Caller information is used to complete the requested action and to deliver it to the business the caller contacted. Each deployment is configured around the workflows the business approves.
Business systems
Where a business connects supported calendars, CRMs, or lead tools, relevant conversation details are passed to those systems so the business can follow up.
Your choices
Businesses using Phosara decide what information is collected and where it is sent. Callers may decline to share details and ask to be transferred or to leave a message instead.
