Terms & Conditions

Draft updated: October 30, 2026

These draft terms describe use of the Phosara website and public demos. A signed proposal, order form, or service agreement should set the commercial terms for your AI receptionist or Website Studio project.

1. About Phosara

Phosara offers AI receptionist services that answer calls, capture caller information, support booking workflows, and route calls for service businesses. Phosara Website Studio is a separate website design offering with its own pricing and project scope.

Legal contracting entity: [Legal Business Name]. Mailing address: [Mailing Address].

2. Website and demo use

Use the website and demos for legitimate inquiries and evaluation. Do not use them to harass others, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, disrupt services, or attempt unauthorized access.

Public demos may represent fictional businesses. A demo conversation is not a confirmed appointment, medical consultation, or purchase. Do not provide sensitive personal details during a demo.

3. AI limitations and professional advice

AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Confirm appointment details, service information, prices, and other important decisions with the relevant business.

Phosara demos and receptionists are not substitutes for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use the service for emergencies; contact your local emergency services instead.

4. Service scope and client responsibilities

An AI receptionist’s capabilities depend on the knowledge, workflows, integrations, and call-routing rules approved for the account. Website Studio deliverables depend on the agreed project scope.

Before launch, customers should approve their business information, service descriptions, booking rules, escalation instructions, and notices. Customers should also confirm that they have permission to supply project materials and information used in their service.

5. Sample pricing and service agreements

Website pricing is illustrative, not a final quote. AI receptionist pricing depends on call volume and how complex the build is. Website Studio is separately priced; any bundle must be specified in the agreed proposal.

Your written agreement should establish setup charges, recurring fees, usage allowances, additional charges, payment dates, project milestones, changes, cancellation, refunds, and termination. This page does not establish an unstated refund policy, minimum commitment, or usage limit.

6. Calls, recording, and communications

Voice demo pages display microphone and recording notices. Review those notices before starting a call. Production recording and consent requirements should be confirmed for the locations and businesses involved.

Submitting an inquiry or sharing a number is not blanket consent to promotional calls or texts. Any marketing consent must be collected separately where required; failing to opt out is not an opt-in.

7. SMS messaging program

[Confirm the program name, sending number, message types, opt-in method, frequency, and support contact before offering an SMS program under these terms.]

Suggested wording for review, not a verified program description: where a messaging program is enabled and you opt in, messages may concern your inquiry, appointment, or service. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

[Confirm that replying STOP stops messages and replying HELP provides assistance before publishing those instructions. Confirm any opt-out acknowledgement, re-enrollment process, and carrier-delay wording with your messaging provider.]

8. Third-party services

Voice, chat, scheduling, and connected business tools may be provided by third parties. Their applicable terms and privacy notices also apply to your use of those tools. A demonstrated integration does not establish that every customer configuration or requested workflow is supported.

9. Project materials and ownership

Customers should supply only content, logos, images, and other materials they are authorized to use. Ownership and licensing of website deliverables, agent configurations, and third-party assets should be stated in the written project or service agreement.

10. Legal provisions requiring approval

[Confirm the applicable jurisdiction and governing law, any dispute procedure, warranty terms, limitation of liability, and termination provisions with your legal adviser.]

No state law, arbitration requirement, liability cap, or waiver of statutory rights is assumed in this draft.

11. Changes and contact

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Changes to an existing customer agreement should follow the notice and amendment process in that agreement.
